Audit

All too often solutions to problems are not found, because the individuals involved are either set in their ways or "cannot see the wood for the trees". A fresh pair of eyes of an individual, preferably with no direct connection in the process, can often spot opportunities to make the process simpler, resolve niggling issues or find a solution to a bottleneck.  

Being that fresh pair of eyes, a full review of any process flow is carried out and recommendations to improve the process are made.

All audits come complete with a full written report.

Data Analysis

A data analysis is used to determine the the effectiveness of company's current inventory policy.

Using established software, historic demands are analysed and optimum stock values are calculated. A comparison is then made between the current position and the optimised position.

Typical results will show a significant saving on inventory, (often in excess of 30%), coupled with an improved availabilty of goods to cutomers.

A presentation of the results is included in the data analysis, and for a small additioal fee a full written report can also be provided.

Software supply and Implementation.

ARBICS Ltd are able to provide and implement demand forecasting and replenishment planning software. Full configuration on site, together with full user training in incorporated.

If capital expenditure is a limiting factor, the same software can be made available as service. Hosted on a server, the full system is available for your use over the web on a secure server. in such cases the software is owned by ARBICS and leased to clients for a monthly fee. All administration and processing of the system is carried out by ARBICS, utilising the interfaced files supplied to an predetermined FTP site.

With both licenced sales and hosted systems the option of local or web based reporting is also available.
